Best 1-Peice Composite Stick currently?
I'm looking for a new 1-Piece Composite Stick. I can afford any price-tag. What do you think is the best stick out right now? I'm a C or Winger that likes Wrist-shots,never Slaps. My last Stick is a Reebok 4K Sickick III Int. Light Hockey Stick Right Handed/65Flex/Datsyuk P38, a very cheap stick because this is my 1st year playing, but now I'm ready for a better one. I play Roller Hockey,not Ice...if that makes a difference. What Easton Blade Pattern is like my old one above? I'm looking at getting the EQ50.

I use a 2-piece, but friends that use 1-piece typically use the Easton SE16 or EQ50 For roller though it seems overkill unless you are playing in Narch elite level tournies

Cheap Composite Stick?
Im looking for a stick I can use to practice with at home and take to drop ins. Any suggestions? Theres a Reebok 5k sickick at the local rink for 60 bucks. Is that any good?

Yea if you get any of the lower end models of popular sticks like the 5k, s11, or one55, they should be good for practice at home, even though they are heavier than the high end sticks.

PLEASE HELP BOUGHT THE WRONG HOCKEY STICK!!!!!!!!!!!!?
So i just started playing street hockey and the other i went to buy a hockey stick. since i didn't know that much about this sport,I accidentally bought a ice hockey stick (http://www.sportchek.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=3723594) reebok 4k datsyuk composite hockey stick now i played with it for two days on the street and i already have multiple chips on the blade, i cant return it because i already used it and my dad wont buy me a new stick for being so careless. As a hockey player myself, I just use old ice hockey sticks for when I play on the street. Normally on the ice, you'd use white or black tape because it gives you a better grip, prevents the stick from sliding too much on the ice, and protects the blade from getting chipped and dented. However, for street hockey, I'd use clear hockey tape on my stick. Clear/transparent hockey tape on the blade should never be used for ice hockey but for street/road hockey, use it! It makes it easier for your blade to slide along the pavement, giving you the closest and most natural feeling to having your stick on ice. The white and black tapes are cloth, which will rip easily when you play street hockey on pavement, but the clear tape won't rip as easy. It's more plastic, which is good because normally you can use plastic blades for the street but those suck because you have to bend the blade every 10 minutes to make/adjust a curve which never turns out good. Use 1, maaybeeee 2 coats of clear tape. It will give you a nice and much better feeling to play with, rather than some black or white cloth tape.
